Scientific accomplishments: 415 published papers with a total score of 18.207 IF; 1157.00 PK; manager of 18 research grants within the Medical University’s statutory activities; contractor in the international Nurse Forecasting research grant: Human Resources Planning in Nursing (RN4CAST) – Health – 2007-3.2.4 Health Care Human Resources Planning in Nursing. Proposal EU-FRAME WORK; in the EU grant: Medfuture – medical professions of the future, and Model for the education of specialists in rehabilitation management within international cooperation; author and implementer of an EU programme: Promotion of entrepreneurship. Her research interests include topics such as improvements to the organisation and management of the nursing subsystem, human resource management, and decision-making independence of nurses. She was the promoter of 20 defended doctoral dissertations and over 100 Master’s theses, and a reviewer of 10 doctoral and 4 habilitation (post-doctoral) dissertations.
